WP400 WET PRESS

WP400 Press Machine is accommodated with single mould concept in linear motion along with the compaction force of 400 tons. This machine is specially designed for Kerbstones, Drain slabs, Flag Tiles and other products with various dimensions. Product range start from 40 mm to 200 mm thickness, Mother Mould comes with Maximum Production Size in Duplex 500x500x150/200 mm and Simplex 900×500 x150/200 mm. This machine can be operated both in Automatic or Semi-Automatic modes according to operator selection.
This machine can be operated with low and high pressing pressure selection in the control panel. Applied vacuum technology will extract water from the product while compaction. Sophisticated Inverters with advanced communication technologies are used in handling system to achieve required product transfer speed levels.
WP400 Control system is integrated with IO link Technology modules for sensor/actuator to PLC communication.
